I’ve been to the one in Innsbruck and even though it’s pretty small, it’s a really nice one and definitely a snowy one!

Come to think of it, most times we visited Christmas markets in Germany we did get either rain or heavy overcast… I guess it’s because of the timing of late fall and most German christmas markets we did are in areas that don’t necessarily receive snow like Koln and Aachen. I guess the best bet for a snowy Christmas market would be to go to the Munich area.

I hope to go on the German Christmas markets style markets here in the UK this year, hope its as good as the ones in Germany. I might be able to go to Prague though. Looking at some of the pictures of Köln Christmas Market on Google, it comes across that it rains quite a bit there. Is it similar in other opular German cities?
